The Rocky Mountain Sherpas have teamed up with the Canadian Avalanche Foundation to revolutionize both the medium and the message.
BILLY POOLE SKI FOUNDATION: Memorial VideoSome friends have been helping Billy Poole's mom set up the Billy Poole Ski Foundation to help get underpriveleged/underserved kids get out on the slopes. Billy's mom, Phyllis Erck, and family felt strongly about carrying on Billy's legacy with an effort that was close to his heart. Through grant-giving, the foundation will support programs offering opportunities for underprivileged people of all ages to learn to ski and enjoy outdoor adventures.
