MAMMOTH AND POWDER MAGAZINE TO HOST WEST COAST INVITATIONAL
As the '01-'02 season comes to a close, the POWDER to the People Tour isset to make a final stop at the biggest spring party on snow this year:the West Coast Invitational at Mammoth Mountain, California.
A three-day bash following the now-famous POWDER Superpark 4, WCI is amassive exposition for the top park skiers and snowboarders in theworld. Concerts, parties, Sierra corn, and one of the best terrain parksin the country will conspire to make this a weekend not to be missed.Lock your bikes, kayaks, and hiking shoes in the closet-ski season ain'tover yet!
It all begins Friday afternoon with a party on the Main Lodge Sundeck.Soak in the sunshine and enjoy drink specials at the bar and theNewcastle beer garden or just kick back and listen to the DJ spinningthe afternoon's soundtrack. Flash your VIP credential at the door andget two free drinks.
Stop by the Main Lodge for product demos and piles of swag. Companieslike POWDER Magazine, Arbor, Snapple, World Industries, SnowboarderMagazine and 91X will be set up all weekend, so be sure to stop by andcheck it out. The on-snow festival is open to the public and isabsolutely free!

Saturday afternoon, rock out with punk rock legends The Vandals for anoutdoor concert at the Main Lodge. The Vandals will take a break fromtheir busy recording and touring schedule to play WCI, keeping it realas always.
