After an awesome time in Mammoth, Pep, Ike, Felix, and myself all jumped into Pep's truck to venture up North to Oregon. Pollard and Weigand left a day earlier to meet up with Mahre and get back home to prepare for a camping mission on Mt. Hood.

Pep and I had a righteous jump session on the Van's jump Mammoth built on the backside. Straight after skiing, we crammed ourselves and all our luggage in the car and started venturing up North to join the others. On the way, we managed to demolish In-N-Out and make it up to Pep's parents house in Ashland for the night. The house was gorgeous and had one of the most attractive views I have ever seen.

We left that next morning, making it to Welches, Oregon, just in time for dinner. We got all of our camping supplies packed and left for Hood in the morning. We made it out mid-morning just in time to see Pollard and the crew building wind-shielding castles around their tents.. So, instantly Pep and I started the build for our castle.. After it was all said and done, and having the best castle (of course), we decided to start hiking a sick quarterpipe the other boys had built the day before. It turned out being a gorgeous sunset producing some really sick shots and photos.

It was my first time snow camping, and I couldn't have asked for better conditions. We had the whole Nimbus crew together again, warm spring conditions, and sick terrain. Our features were a QP and a step-up jump, along with some midnight skiing laps due to a breathtakingly bright night from the moon.

The crew is all back in civilization now, and getting ready to gear up for some editing and surfing. I will keep you posted...
