Sammy Carlson called the other day to notify us of his new video campaign, so we decided to conduct a brief audio interview in conjunction with the first-ever "I'm Sammy Carlson and I have really, really, really long hair" video. Actually, the video is filmed and edited by friend and fellow pro Tommy Ellingson and, for the most part, it's filmed entirely of Sammy displaying his ski skills at Whistler. No, it's not about his hair. Listen to the Oregon native tell Powder about his new home purchase (we hate being jealous of 19-year-olds buying homes, especially in Hood River), his summer plans, all four films he'll be featured in this upcoming film season and his plan to continue growing his really, really, really, really long hair.
