THE MAHRE REPORT: Andy Recaps North Cascades Trip
Last month I made a trip up to North Cascade Heli Skiing with the Nimbus Independent film crew. The crew consisted of Eric Pollard, Erin Valverde Pollard, Pep Fujas, Ike Smith, Justin Wiegand, Alex O’brien, Bryce Phillips, and myself. For two weeks we were either flying in the heli or riding our snowmobiles. I know what you’re thinking and yes, it was a very very tough time. (Take note of the sarcasm.)
Having your buddies at the bottom of the line allows them to capture some of the more epic moments of your life. Pep got a shot of me in the middle of a pillow fight with ski guide Scott over watching the battle.
