Having a Ski Day benefit is in keeping with Peterson's love of the sport, and his enthusiasm for sharing turns with good friends, J.T. believes. "If Duke was still alive," Holmes says, "I know he'd want to come shred with us."
According to Rohlen, last year's participating skiers didn't hold anything back, "Those guys were ripping! They were going off up at Snowbird all afternoon," he says, "Rick Moseley broke his ski boot, that's how hard they skied!"
And that would make Duke proud.
